The Great East Coast Clean Up is Back – May 2025!


It’s time to roll up your sleeves and make a difference! The iconic Great East Coast Clean Up returns this May, and we’re calling on volunteers from all across Tasmania to join the movement.

Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time, everyone is welcome – individuals, schools, clubs, community groups, businesses – to help protect our stunning coastline, bush tracks, back roads, and waterways.

This is a community-powered event led by the Landscape Recovery Foundation, in partnership with the East Coast Catchments Committee, Clean Up Australia, and the Glamorgan Spring Bay, Break O’Day, Sorell, and Tasman councils.
