Cooling towers and warm-water systems are ‘regulated systems’ under the Public Health Act 1997. They must be registered with Council and managed to control Legionella risk.

Register a regulated system

Complete the Regulated System Application Form and return it to Council. Our Environmental Health Officer can advise on what’s needed for your specific system.
