Council is not adequately resourced to assist with on-the-ground cat issues. We work with three registered cat management facilities in Tasmania, and TassieCat is the best place to start for responsible cat-ownership information.

Before you trap

Read TassieCat’s Guidelines for trapping a cat in urban and peri-urban areas before you start. You must contact your closest Cat Management Facility to arrange surrender before you trap.
